UCO

Used Cooking Oil is an oil that has been used to cook food for human consumption, of vegetable origin. This product can originate from restaurants, hotels, bars, industrial food producers or other food producing establishments. The oil is collected, filtered, and stored. All oil is collected by Kolibrie Energy or one of our dedicated collection partners. Through full control of the supply chain, Kolibrie Energy can provide full traceability and quality parameters meeting the requirements of EU and US biofuel producers.

UCO qualifies as a waste/residue under the European Renewable Energy Directive and as an eligible feedstock under the EPA RFS and can be used to produce biodiesel, HVO or SAF.
