PFAD

Palm Fatty Acid Distillates are a by-product obtained from the physical refining of palm oil with a typical composition of at least 70% long chain fatty acids. Used as the main raw material in the manufacturing process of candles, inks for textiles, in the manufacture of soaps and detergents. In the oleochemical industry they are the basis for the preparation of fatty alcohols and derivatives.
